What each model's licence allows, its limits, and the credits we show. Facts are taken from the verified model notes (as of 2026-10-25); anything still being checked says so. This page summarises — the linked licence text is what binds.
Alibaba (Wan-AI)
Permissive open-source licence; commercial use allowed.
Tencent
Tencent community licence; commercial use allowed outside the EU, the UK and South Korea, with no revenue cap.
Read in the repo LICENSE 2026-10-25 (MOD-007): the Territory excludes the European Union, the United Kingdom and South Korea — no use, display or outputs there, and no worker located there (e.g. Hetzner DE/FI); KSA use and the US server are permitted. No revenue cap; only more than 100M monthly active users on the release date (2025-11-21) needs a separate Tencent licence. When serving third parties, disclose the actual provider's full legal name and that Tencent is not affiliated; identify machine-generated content placed in public; outputs may not be used to improve other AI models. 'Powered by Tencent Hunyuan' is encouraged, not required. Governing law: Hong Kong.
Lightricks
Free commercial and production use for entities under $10M annual revenue (measured across the whole entity, including affiliates).
Confirmed on the model card 2026-10-25: commercial and production use at no cost for entities under $10M annual revenue (measured across the whole entity incl. subsidiaries/affiliates); above $10M a paid Commercial Use Agreement is required; transferring fine-tunes may need a paid licence. AlGraphy's eligibility confirmed by the user 2026-10-25 (revenue under $10M). Gated repository: 'Agree and Access' done by the user 2026-10-25; HF_TOKEN for the download command only.
MiniMax
Community licence: free for companies under $20M annual revenue outside the excluded territories, with a visible credit; a paid licence otherwise (sold through Comfy).
Free community licence outside the excluded territories for companies under $20M/yr revenue, with the 'Powered by MiniMax H3' credit prominently on the UI; paid licence otherwise (sold through Comfy, Professional from $5,000/month). KSA allowed. Read in the LICENSE 2026-10-25 (MOD-007): the grant covers running the model only within the Applicable Territory, so the free licence does NOT cover hardware in the US, EU, UK or South Korea — not the US-located server, not a US/EU rented node (RunPod/Vast US, Hetzner DE/FI); an H3 worker must sit outside those territories (e.g. a team GPU in KSA) or use the paid API. Outputs may not be used or displayed in those territories either. Above $20M revenue needs separate prior written authorisation; third-party generation needs safeguards and a violation-report mechanism.
Kandinsky Lab
MIT licence for the weights, code and diffusers integration; commercial use allowed.
Weights, code and diffusers integration under MIT.
These run through a provider with our key, paid per use. There are no weights and so no model licence; the provider's terms of service and usage policies govern the prompt, any reference image and the output.

Self-hosted stays with us
Prompts, reference images and outputs stay on AlGraphy's server — or on your own device when you run on “My GPU”.
API calls leave the server
The prompt and any reference image are sent to the chosen provider, which processes them under its own terms. The returned file is stored on our server with the job.
Excluded from the catalogue: sora-2, veo-3.1. Questions about a client deliverable? Re-check the H3, LTX-2.5 and HunyuanVideo terms first — the licence text wins over this summary.
